Who we are

An private/public alliance for Education and Innovation in Food Systems

Fooder is a network of universities, firms and public bodies operating in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna. We offer inter-university study programmes targeted at an international audience to prepare its students to face the complex challenges arising from the food sector.

Furthermore, Fooder works alongside leading food companies and integrates them in the design and implementation of its training programmes, ensuring the recruitment of highly qualified personnel upon course completion. Moreover, Fooder aims to become an incubator for innovative food start-ups over the next five-year period.
